Cancellation by the Company
Cancellations by the Company:
The company reserves the right to cancel any subscription in case of non-compliance with the terms of use or in case of malicious use of the coupons. In this case, no refund will be made.
If the company stops providing the subscription service, the pro rata amount for the balance of the subscription will be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation Confirmation:
Cancellation will be confirmed in writing (via email - info@https://pass-par2.com) within 48 hours of the request being submitted. The subscription will remain active until the cancellation is confirmed.
Refund
Return Process:
If the cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days in the same way the payment was made.
Billing Period:
No refund will be made for the billing period in which the cancellation occurred, unless the cancellation is made within the 14-day cooling-off period.
